Back again to this idyllic Taverna where Andreas and his family are so welcoming. We are in a Motorhome and so appreciative of the ability to park up overnight for free, somewhere so lovely and right on the beach, in exchange for our custom. No rip off prices here, usual Taverna offerings in a relaxed and idyllic setting.

I come here every summer. My favourite in all the ionian area.Sweet spot for anchoring, the beach bar/taverna is great, the sea is super clean, not too crowded, great stuff. The music is blasted at a bit too much volume. The bar guy is the best. Never sober, super fun guy. I totally recommend this place.

It's usually the places that are a little of the beaten track that are the gems. This is one of those places. When an image of Greece appears in my mind's eye, this is exactly the kind of place I dream of. Incredible beach, simple and honest Greek food and a relaxed atmosphere with great service. Only open from around May till mid September. Ask for the owner Andreas or his son Manny who speak really good English and are great hosts and top lads.

This stop was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Greece. We docked our boat for the night in the Inlet, and swam to shore for fun, with no money or phone. While exploring the beach, Andreas, the owner, greeted us with a warm smile and asked us what we wanted. When we responded saying we have no money, he replied “that’s not the question”.He insisted that we could order whatever we wanted, and after reluctantly accepting a beer, we spent a great time chatting about life. In addition to the beer, he shared some heartwarming stories from his travels.Just a small example of how far human kindness goes. We ended up staying the night and coming back for coffee the next morning, where we had the pleasure of playing with some adorable little kittens and to say goodbye and thank you to Andreas. He sent us off with a complimentary bag of ice, which is pretty much worth gold for sailors Efraristos poly Andreas! Hope to be back again in the future. We owe you a beer ;)

We arrived 9pm, & after and made our way to Plaz Pangia. We enjoyed the most amazing spread of Greek dishes, which were delivered as they were ready. Fried Zucchini Kebabs, Calamari, Greek salad.FANTASTIC TAVERNA, what a gem.

We found this place on park4night and drove here with our camper. We arrived in the afternoon and walked along the beach for a bit and then sat down for lunch. We had fries, Greek salad, prawns, and the grilled squid. The homemade tzatziki was delicious. Everything was delicious. Try the local barrel wine. They also have illy coffee. The owner is a wonderful host and we enjoyed everything here.
